Tesla service,
out-of-warranty. Done right.
Out-of-warranty Tesla owners across the GTA come to MFP when the factory coverage ends — drive unit service, HV battery reads, and post-collision ADAS calibration that respects Tesla's approved procedures. Model S, Model X, Model 3, and Model Y.

Common models we service
Sedans, SUVs, Flagships, and the Plaid line — all on the lift.
The Tesla line-up most often seen in the MFP bays, from the Model 3 / Y daily-driver and the Model S / X flagship to the Plaid-variant cooling line. Same four-step protocol, every chassis.
Sedans
- Model 3
Highland refresh · legacy Model 3 — coil-suspension refresh, sway-bar links, control-arm bushings, and Hunter HawkEye Elite alignment against the Tesla front / rear tolerance window.
SUVs
- Model Y
- Model X
Juniper refresh on Y · legacy and refreshed Model X — coil-suspension work on Y, air-strut replacement with ride-height reset on X, low-profile tire fitment and EPB service-mode brake flush across both.
Flagships
- Model S
Pre- and post-refresh Model S — air-strut replacement in pairs, drive unit fluid service on the legacy single-motor and the Raven dual-motor configurations, HV battery state-of-health read on the shop scan tool.
Performance & Plaid
- Model 3 Performance
- Model Y Performance
- Model S Plaid
- Model X Plaid
Plaid variants and Performance-trim cooling-loop service — drive unit fluid at the more frequent Performance spec, coolant loop replacement against the Plaid thermal-management envelope, post-track brake-fluid review against the DOT 4 moisture test.

Diagnose
Module-level · Tesla Toolbox-level readShop scan tool against the Tesla module-level fault tree — drive unit, HV battery thermal management, EPB control module, ADAS module (forward camera, front radar), and the BECM after any low-voltage event. Not the Tesla-app-only summary; the chassis-level scan that tells you where to write the estimate.

OEM-Certified Repair
GENUINE Tesla-catalogue · 310S-master executedGENUINE Tesla-catalogue part numbers on the written estimate — air-strut assemblies sourced direct, brake pads and rotors against the Tesla pad-shape spec, 12V lithium with the BECM reset bundled, charge-port actuators at the Tesla CC-obsolete fix. 310S-licensed technician on the lift, executed against OEM torque and OEM fluid spec.

Transparent Reporting
Digital photo dossierPhotos of every component replaced, the post-repair road-force readout printed and kept on the customer file, the ADAS post-calibration scan report, and the final ride-height cal value written to the chassis — handed back with the keys. Not an "all good" line on a paper invoice; the record that lets the next shop pick up where MFP left off.
Trust · shop-backed mobile
Both Tesla bays are shop-backed by our Mobile Mechanic Service.
When the lift isn’t the right answer — a Tesla on a low-voltage event that won’t wake the pack down in a driveway, a charge-port actuator that’s stuck in the cold, a brake-fluid service that’s easier at the home garage — the same 310S-licensed technicians who turned the wrench in the bay come to the driveway in Richmond Hill, Burlington, Oakville, and King City. The same protocol, the same written estimate, the same photo-documented handover.
Procedures on the lift weekly
Tesla work we are turning this week.
A short list of platform-specific procedures running across the Richmond Hill and Burlington bays. If your Tesla needs any of these, the quote form below prefills to Diagnostic so the front desk has the right context first time.
Tesla-specific maintenance cadence
What runs on a clock, and what runs on diagnostics.
The 2-year brake-fluid cadence, the 12V lithium replacement + BECM reset, the tire rotation cadence aligned with the Hunter road-force readout, and the ADAS recalibration trigger windows — the maintenance items that need to stay on schedule on a Tesla that is already past its factory coverage.
Every 2 years
DOT 4 brake-fluid flush with EPB service mode
Tesla brake fluid is hygroscopic — moisture climbs every year on the road. Two-year flush with EPB engaged and released protects caliper slide pins and ABS module logic. The moisture-test fail point is what the dealer groups schedule the line under.
Every 3–4 years (or at first low-voltage event)
12V lithium battery replacement + BECM reset
Tesla 12V lithium batteries typically outlast the lead-acid predecessor, but the BECM (Battery Energy Control Module) reset after replacement is the line the dealer groups bundle into a "Tesla Service Center visit." Same battery, written to spec on the lift.
Aligned with Hunter road-force read
Tire rotation + Hunter HawkEye Elite road-force alignment
Tesla low-profile tire fitment is sensitive to rotation cadence and to a curb strike — the Hunter road-force read aligns rotation with the alignment readout, so the wear pattern and the alignment spec are corrected against the same window.
After windshield, after front-end repair, after alignment
ADAS recalibration (forward camera + front radar)
Forward-camera recalibration after windshield replacement, front-radar target setup after front-end repair or bumper R&I, and a calibration check whenever a Hunter HawkEye Elite alignment returns a steering-angle delta outside the Tesla tolerance window.
Proof points
What the MFP Standard looks like, in writing.
The five MFP Standard pillars — alignment, diagnostics, mechanical, fluids, and high-voltage safety procedures — translate on a Tesla to the items below. These are the credentials and capabilities an out-of-warranty Tesla owner should be able to verify before booking.
- Ontario 310S-licensed master techniciansMaster-tech certification across the front desk and the bay — same credential the dealer groups are required to staff on a Tesla service ticket.
- GENUINE Tesla-catalogue parts, sourced directEvery part installed on your Tesla carries a GENUINE Tesla-catalogue part number — sourced direct, no aftermarket substitutes, no catalogue drift between the dealer-quote part and the part that goes on the chassis.
- Hunter HawkEye Elite road-force alignment fitment verificationFour-camera readout on every alignment with road-force verification, pre / post printout kept on the customer file alongside the work order — against the Tesla front / rear tolerance window, not a generic four-wheel number.
- ADAS calibration per Tesla-approved proceduresForward-camera and front-radar recalibration executed per the Tesla-approved target board and drive-cycle verification — written to the chassis, scan report kept on the customer file, not left at the fault that drove the visit in.
- Tesla-approved HV-cert & isolation procedures on the liftHigh-voltage lockout / tag-out and class-0 glove protocol before any contact with the high-voltage system — 12V-to-HV isolation steps, the Tesla-approved HV-cert on our lift applied to drive-unit, HV battery state-of-health, and heat-pump refrigerant work, so a Tesla leaves the bay on the safety the chassis was built to read.

Inside the MFP bay
Three views of the Tesla work, the bay, and the result.
Teslas come through the Richmond Hill and Burlington bays against the same four-step protocol. Each view below shows one part of the execution — intake, the bay, and the Hunter HawkEye Elite alignment rack set up against the Tesla-procedure target board.

Independent, not aftermarket
Why independent beats the Service Center for a Tesla.
Once a Tesla is out of factory warranty (or off an Extended Service Agreement), the Service Center’s value proposition shifts from coverage to a Service-Center visit quote. The MFP bays keep what is worth keeping — GENUINE Tesla-catalogue parts, master technicians, Hunter HawkEye Elite + Tesla-approved ADAS tooling — and drop the markup and the Service-Center-visit line on the estimate.
Out of warranty? No more Service-Center visit quote.
The Service Center quote has the “visit cost” baked in. We write a transparent estimate against GENUINE Tesla-catalogue part numbers, and only the work you approved gets done — written estimate first, written estimate on every supplement, written invoice on the way out.
GENUINE Tesla parts at Tesla-catalogue part-number pricing.
Every part installed on your Tesla carries a manufacturer part number sourced against the Tesla catalog — GENUINE Tesla parts sourced direct, no aftermarket substitutes, no markup on the same part number the Service-Center-quote would show on its own estimate.
Tesla-specific tooling, not generalist guesses.
Our technicians run the Hunter HawkEye Elite against the Tesla front / rear tolerance window weekly, replace air struts on Model S / X with the Tesla Toolbox-level ride-height cal written to the chassis, and recalibrate forward camera + front radar per Tesla-approved procedures. The same Tesla-native diagnostic workflow the Service Center runs, without the Service Center pricing.
