Five services · one MFP standard
Five services at your driveway.
The five categories on the roadmap cover day-of-service work that takes a car out of the rotation. Every visit runs the MFP four-step protocol. Work that needs fixed equipment stays in the bay.
Mount, balance, repair, TPMS reset — and the seasonal changeover for staggered or low-profile fitments.
Tire changeover, balance, and TPMS service at your driveway — without a bay drop-off. Hunter-matched torque specs on the same visit; TPMS sensor coding where applicable. Wheel alignment is shop-only and routes to the Richmond Hill or Burlington bay as the bay backstop.
Battery jump, lockout assistance, flat-tire change at residence. Same-day response across the three-corridor service area.
Battery jump, lockout assistance, and flat-tire change at residence — the same-day response a discerning owner expects. Towed-in cases route to a flatbed, never a tow-truck rig. The bay is on call for the platforms it services; mobile is on the road for the platforms it can handle at the curb.
AGM / lithium test, OEM-certified replacement, and BMS registration against the Autel Ultra.
Pre-purchase battery health check, OEM-certified replacement, and BMS registration against the Autel Ultra — the same diagnostic rig the bays carry. Battery registration is mandatory on BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, and luxury platforms; mobile carries the same tooling as the bay to execute that step on-site.
Multi-marque fluid spec — MB 229.x, BMW LL, Liqui Moly — with OEM-certified filters fitted to manufacturer schedule.
OEM-certified filters and OEM-certified fluids — Liqui Moly authorized across the catalog, MB 229.x for Mercedes, BMW LL for BMW, Lexus / Toyota OEM-only chemistry. Filters and drain-plug torque to manufacturer spec, oil-service indicator reset on the module, and the same parts catalog the bays work from.
OEM-certified rotor and pad replacement, caliper service, and EPB service-mode reset where applicable.
OEM rotor and pad match against the VIN, caliper slide-pin and bracket-bolt service to OEM torque, brake fluid flush with moisture test, and electronic parking brake service-mode reset where applicable. Job complete — then a road test for pedal feel and module adaptation against manufacturer tolerance.
Premium mobile service
Uniformed technician. OEM-certified parts. Dealer-grade tooling.
Three things mobile-only competitors don't bring to the driveway — same three credentials the bays deliver in-house.
/public/photos/alignment-bay.jpgUniformed technicians
Every visit is a uniformed 310S-licensed master technician — branded service wear, dealer-grade presentation, the same credential turning up at the driveway that turns up at the bays.
OEM-certified parts catalog
OEM-certified parts only — manufacturer part numbers pulled against the VIN, OEM-spec fluids at the right spec (MB 229.x, BMW LL, Liqui Moly for European, Lexus / Toyota OEM chemistry for the Asian book).
Dealer-grade tooling
Bush Specialty Vehicles build fitted with the same Hunter-certified diagnostic, tire-changing, and balancing platform the bays run: TCX51M tire changer, Road Force Elite balancer, two SmartWeight balancers, Autel Ultra.
Why it matters
Same protocol. Same parts. Same master — at your driveway.
The 310S-licensed master at your driveway is the same credential the bays deliver. The OEM-certified parts catalog is the same catalog. The fluid spec — Liqui Moly for European, MB 229.x for Mercedes, BMW LL for BMW, Toyota / Lexus OEM-only — is the same.
No friction, no upscale
A mobile visit doesn't strip a day from your week for a scheduled service. Most jobs — batteries, oil, brakes, sensors — complete on the same driveway morning, with the same parts catalog and the same 310S-master execution as the Richmond Hill bay.
Dealer-grade without dealer markup
OEM fluids direct from the manufacturer catalog, not aftermarket substitutes. The same per-job labour spec, the same photo-documented outcome — the Honest Service standard mobile-only competitors aren't equipped to offer.
Bay backstop when needed
Work that needs fixed equipment — 4-camera Hunter alignment, ME-SFI coding on a Mercedes, transmission lifts and full-system ECU re-flash — routes back to the Richmond Hill or Burlington bay. The mobile visit stands down; the bay picks back up. No service gap, no extra vendor.
/public/photos/mobile-equipment-01.jpgAlignment is shop-only. The mobile visit stands down.
4-camera Hunter HawkEye Elite alignment stays in the bay — same rack the Richmond Hill and Burlington bays run, never in a service vehicle. Mobile does the day-to-day work; the bay picks up what does.
- 4-camera Hunter HawkEye Elite wheel alignment against manufacturer spec — shop-only, not offered mobile
- ME-SFI coding, transmission re-flash, and module adaptation on Mercedes / BMW
- Transmission lifts and full drivetrain teardown work
- Full-system ECU programming against the OEM service info system
The bay backstop
Mobile is the entry point for day-to-day service. The bays resolve work mobile cannot. One standard end-to-end — same protocol, same OEM parts, same master.
What your visit looks like
The MFP four-step protocol — applied to mobile.
Intake at your driveway, photo-documented handoff at the end of the visit. The service record follows the car.
- Step 01
Inspect & OEM-spec quote.
Vehicle at your driveway. Wear pattern and fault symptoms documented on arrival; OEM part numbers pulled for the affected system; written estimate itemised by part number, labour, and consumables. Nothing begins until the estimate is signed off — the same standard as the bay.
- Step 02
Onsite diagnostic.
Autel Ultra carried in the service vehicle. Pre-scan baselines every module before a repair, post-scan confirms no new faults. Battery and BMS registration, sensor adaptation, and module learn-resets executed at the driveway where the bays execute the same.
- Step 03
OEM-spec repair.
Work executed against manufacturer part numbers and torque specs by the 310S-licensed master technician. Mid-repair adjustments documented on the photo dossier; deviations from the OEM procedure written into the service record, not improvised.
- Step 04
Transparent report.
Photo-documented handoff at the end of the visit — wear, parts fitted, final readings, and the post-scan report. The dossier goes home with the keys. No printed receipt, no verbal upsell; the same Step 04 handoff the bays deliver.

- Address and any HOA / building access notes for the driveway visit
- Whether the work is mobile-eligible or bay-routed (alignment, ME-SFI coding, etc.)
- Preferred contact channel — email reply, phone, or text
Our mobile equipment
Bay-grade tools. Fitted to the service vehicle.
Bush Specialty Vehicles build — Hunter-certified diagnostic, tire-changing, and balancing platform fitted alongside the bays. Same Hunter-matched equipment inside a service vehicle.

- Polymer-surfaced tooling preserves wheel finish and TPMS clip-fit sensors
- Integrated wheel lift for low-profile and staggered fitments
- Bead-seating power for run-flat and low-profile sidewalls
Same Hunter platform the Richmond Hill bay runs — bay-grade tire service at the driveway.
Mobile wheel balancer that measures radial and lateral force variation, not just static imbalance.
- Reads radial and lateral force variation per tyre against the road
- Match-mounts each tyre to its optimal wheel position
- Required spec on staggered and premium fitments
- Surfaces vibration causes a static-only balance cannot read
Road-force measurement at the curb — calibrated to the same standard a Hunter bay delivers.
Hunter SmartWeight mobile balancer with laser-guided weight placement and dual-side correction.
- Laser-guided weight placement for sub-gram precision
- Dual-side weight correction against run-out and imbalance
- Same diagnostic readout as the bay-side equipment
- Standard roller drive for the day-to-day fitment mix
SmartWeight Pro balancing at your driveway — calibrated to laser-read placement and bay-grade outcomes.
Hunter SmartWeight mobile balancer with specialty drive and weight-placement handling for run-flat and oversized fitments.
- Specialty drive calibrated for run-flat and oversized fitments
- Adapted weight-placement handling beyond the standard roller drive
- Pairs on-vehicle with the Road Force Elite read for the same measurement at the curb
