Each item below is verifiable when the car is on the rack, and on the written printout handed back at the end.

The HawkEye Elite printout is the certificate of completion — the OEM-spec window, the achieved angles, and the road-force data, captured against the VIN. The customer takes a tablet-screen photograph home with the keys; the printout file is kept on the customer record.

A road-force verified alignment runs through three steps on the lift: Inspect & verify, Set, Print & drive. The typical visit time is about 75 minutes on the lift — long enough for the road-force read and the OEM-spec window, short enough to keep the day's schedule open.

  1. Step 01

    Inspect & verify.

    Ride-height sensor reset, ride-height read against the manufacturer spec, and Autel Ultra module-level scan against any DTC that touches alignment. Cold tyre pressures confirmed, existing wear pattern documented in the service record.

  2. Step 02

    Set.

    Adjustment to OEM spec. Caster, camber, and toe brought within manufacturer tolerance using OEM-spec fasteners, shims, and adjustment range — followed by a Hunter road-force balancer read on every tyre/wheel assembly, match-mounted to its lowest-force point.

  3. Step 03

    Print & drive.

    Before/after printout generated and photographed on the tablet; customer takes the printout home with the keys. Post-verification DTC scan run before the car leaves the bay — any flag introduced by the alignment work is reported before the car rolls out.
