Seasonal storage that wakes on the first turn of the key.
Climate-controlled collector storage for the Porsche and GX flagship segment — an air-cooled 911, a low-mileage 992 GT3, a Taycan waiting out its season, a GX 550 parked through the GTA winter. Humidity-managed, battery-tendered, walked to running at retrieval. Two MFP GTA bays, one MFP Standard.

Five commitments — every intake, every retrieval.
Each item below is what you can verify when you walk the car into the bay at intake — and what the retrieval report references when the car walks back out.
Humidity-managed storage bay, separate from the working lift area, monitored year-round.
Lead-acid and lithium-tender-correct — connected at intake, verified during each check.
Run to operating temperature on a 4–6 week cadence — oil pressure verified, not just a tick-over.
Weekday retrieval within a 48-hour window, weekend retrievals by prior arrangement.
Richmond Hill + Burlington — a Richmond Hill car can be retrieved from Burlington when needed.
Season-stratified cadence
Four seasons, four protocols.
Intake, in-bay, release, and on-demand retrieval — each written into the MFP seasonal-storage protocol and matched to the time of year the car arrives and leaves.
Winter intake
Battery tender fitted and tested. Tire pressure raised to long-storage spec. Fuel-stabilizer protocol metered into the tank. Fluid sweep — coolant, brake fluid, oil — to confirm no leaks develop while the car sits.
In-bay period
Rolling-start check on a 4–6 week interval, run to operating temperature so oil pressure is verified and the engine does not sit cold for the full duration. Humidity log kept on file. Any fault logged during a check is routed back to the owner before the retrieval date.
Marque release
Battery tender removed, tires re-set to road pressure, fluid top-off verified, and a walk-around with the owner before hand-off. The car leaves ready to start — and ready to drive.
On-demand retrieval
Weekday retrieval routed within a 48-hour window; weekend retrievals by prior arrangement. Two-shop redundancy — a Richmond-Hill car can be retrieved from Burlington when the Yonge Street bay is closed.
Why MFP Standard for collector storage
Same four-step protocol — written for a car at rest.
The MFP Standard is what makes a seasonal-storage intake feel like the same shop a collector already trusts on the wrench. Three operational commitments apply to storage the same way they apply to a service visit.
Photo-documented handoff
Intake and retrieval each carry a written condition report, photographed against the same MFP four-step protocol the bays run on a service visit.
310S-master verification on retrieval
A 310S-licensed master technician performs the rolling-start check and signs the retrieval report — the same credential the bays deliver on the wrench.
Two-shop redundancy
A Richmond Hill intake can be retrieved from Burlington if the Yonge Street bay is closed — same MFP Standard, both GTA addresses.
Two-shop coverage
Storage at both GTA bays.
Richmond Hill and Burlington both run climate-controlled bays, battery-tender stations, and the rolling-start check on the same cadence. Choose the bay closest to the car's winter home — or the corridor you drive more often.
York Region · Yonge Street corridor
9190 Yonge Street, Richmond Hill. Climate-controlled storage adjacent to the working service floor — battery-tender stations, humidity log, and rolling-start check on the same site as the diagnostics bench.
Halton Region · QEW corridor
1161 Pettit Road, Burlington. Two minutes off the QEW at Burlington/Bronte Road. Same climate-controlled protocol, same MFP four-step photography and rolling-start verification as the Yonge Street bay.

Other MFP pillars
What runs alongside storage.
The three other MFP pillars — alignment, diagnostics, and OEM mechanical repair — keep the rest of the chassis ready for the day the car rolls out of storage.
